Major changes:
- Switch from loading single GPX files to a Geocache database that holds Geocaches from
  more GPX files.
- GPX files must be "imported" now and remain in the DB until they are deleted or until
  the database is deleted.
- There are filter functions to reduce the number of Geocaches shown in the list view
  Filters: Filter by name, type, container, distance, direction, found/not found. More filters
  will follow.
- Improved search functionality. Search will now open a list with the names and waypoint IDs.
  By typing characters the number of caches in the list will be reduced.
- New function: "Search neares Caches"
- Display "Size/Difficulty/Terrain", "Distance/Direction" or "Owner" as additional information
  in the list view.
- There is a "Found it!" function in the detail view now. This option menu item can be used to
  set an attribute "found" in the local DB. At the end of a caching day it is possible to set
  a filter to show only found Geocaches.
  WARNING: This option cannot be undone :-))

Fixes:
- Unmask HTML date like   in the cache view
- Show cache position as "deg mm.mmmm" and "decimal degree" in the detail view
- Show the distance from a set location / home location in the detail view.
- Added direction information to distance
- Geocaches with notes are marked with a "*" in the list view
- Fixed issue with Lat/Lon Dialog (EIKON-MFNE Panic)

Missing functionality:
- Filter caches with notes, caches with travelbugs, disabled caches
- Download and show pictures in the detail view (sorry, this is important but I didn't have 
  time to implement this)
